Welcome to Son Harvest Church

When God birthed this new work and with it came the vision for the church.  The Bible gives us direction for the church in Matt. 28:18-20 concerning the purpose of the church. In Acts 1:8 God tells us how it will be accomplished. Matthew tells us of the Great Commission and in Acts, we read of the power which will equip us for the work of the places to go.The vision of our church is:

1.) Jerusalem is our hometown, Judea is our communities within our hometown and surrounding communities, we are and will continue to be involved in as many areas as possible. This is because God has revealed unto me that great Churches and great schools build great hometowns and communities. A church with the Holy Spirit leading should have an influence within its community concerning the attitude and welfare of the families. We will find ways to help meet the needs of our surrounding

2.) Samaria is the forgotten people. These are people who know about God but have never had anyone to reveal unto them a real God. This is the God of mercy, forgiveness and unlimited love.  These are the lost which we have been called to reach.

3.) Ends of the earth are the mission fields. The vision of SHC is to be a mission minded church. A church which will fund the missionaries to the foreign lands.  Son Harvest Church will stand for:

Saving the lost

Heal the hurting.

Continuing to educate in the Word of God in the furthering of the Gospel

The Vision of the Church is to help promote business in order to employ members so they may be able to enjoy the extras in life and to establish a women's shelter. A place to help the hurting get back on their feet through the renewing of their minds by being taught The Word of God and being taught a trade for employment.  SHC has been called to develop the 5 fold of ministries which are

~Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers~

This is in order for the gospel to continue from generation to generation throughout the world. These are just a few of the visions God has given for SHC and I know that as we grow, God will give more as He is a God of creation. So welcome aboard and feel free to join in an area you may be able to help make better. As a new church, we can use all to participate in the vision of God. A great church needs great people who wish to serve.Remember, the greater the participation, the greater the church. It takes more than one to build and maintain a congregation.
